The role is pivotal for the MMCM programme, requiring close collaboration with UK and France teams to ensure successful adoption, operation and lifecycle support of complex capabilities.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in project, programme or service delivery within complex engineering/defence settings.
• Strong understanding of cost, quality, and schedule management.
• Experience delivering support services and managing service-based contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead successful delivery of Royal Navy MMCM In-Service Support contracts.
• Transition development activities into full service operations.
• Define and deliver the UK element of support for MMCM with Thales France.
