Janus Henderson Investors is seeking a senior specialist to lead AI governance across asset management. You will help the firm balance innovation with strong controls, governance, and regulatory compliance as AI is adopted to enhance client service and investment processes.

You will partner with the Head of AI, data privacy, and technology teams to establish policy, risk appetite, and monitoring capabilities, while guiding senior stakeholders through regulatory changes and risk mitigation.

Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of AI regulation and governance frameworks.
• Experience owning enterprise policy, governance and risk frameworks.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical controls.
• Experience in regulated environments.
