Janus Henderson Investors is launching the next phase of its AI Academy, led by the Head of AI Academy. This leadership role drives strategy, curriculum, and governance to scale upskilling across the firm and engender responsible adoption of enterprise AI tools.

You will partner with Technology, AI Governance, and Learning & Development to deliver measurable impact. The role requires senior leadership, stakeholder management, and a track record in large-scale training programmes within financial

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in capability-building or change programs.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts and GenAI capabilities for non-technical audiences.
• Experience designing scalable training, curriculum or capability-building at scale.

Responsabilités

• Own the AI Academy strategy end-to-end and align with firm horizons.
• Lead proficiency pathways, curriculum, and learning delivery across departments.
• Build and maintain the Use Case Library, Prompt Library and governance standards.
• Lead the central Academy team and drive governance and reporting.
• Measure adoption, report to ExCo, and manage risk and compliance in training.
