Janus Henderson Investors is seeking a senior AI governance professional to lead regulatory and policy governance across AI initiatives in a London-based capacity. You will partner with the Head of AI and risk teams to implement controls, establish governance procedures, and oversee ethical standards while supporting responsible innovation in asset management.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of AI regulation and governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, ISO).
• Experience owning enterprise policy and risk frameworks related to AI.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical controls.
• Experience in regulated financial services.
• Strong stakeholder management & leadership in governance forums.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor regulatory and legislative developments affecting AI and communicate implications.
• Translate requirements into policies, guardrails, and platform controls.
• Own AI risk appetite and oversee risk framework integration.
• Chair governance forums and provide oversight for AI risk management.
• Ensure governance aligns with other risk policies and controls.
• Support risk-aware growth for clients and regulators.
