Job summary

Mobilize Financial Services in the United Kingdom is seeking a senior sales operations leader to head a field-based team of Account Managers, delivering investor and regulatory priorities for Renault, Dacia and Alpine brands while ensuring strong customer outcomes.

You will coordinate dealer reviews, manage OEM/dealer relationships, and forecast sales, while upholding SM&CR rules and Consumer Duty across the business.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Proactive, resilient and collaborative working style with organisational capability.
• Experience with motor finance, OEMs and dealer networks and previous leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of field-based Account Managers to achieve sales and commercial objectives.
• Develop and execute sales strategies across Renault, Dacia and Alpine dealer networks.
• Coordinate dealer reviews and present at key governance meetings.
• Ensure compliance with SM&CR, Conduct Rules and Consumer Duty.
• Forecast weekly sales and contribute to bi-weekly Commercial Touchpoints and monthly committees.
• Manage relationships with investor dealer networks and liaise with Marketing & Pricing teams.
