Qualifications

• Proven experience as Head Housekeeper or similar supervisory role in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with hotel management and staff.

• Report weekly performance updates to the Operations Manager.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and development of the on-site team.
• Ensure team members are trained, productive, and supported through coaching.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
• Promote professionalism, reliability, and a positive team culture.
