Job summary

Omni Facilities Management is seeking a Head Housekeeper to lead the contract housekeeping operation across a busy hotel portfolio. You will manage the team, drive standards, and report to Area and Regional managers.

The role requires proven housekeeping leadership, excellent communication, and a focus on health and safety. This is a permanent, full-time position with opportunities for progression through our management programs.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping management experience, ideally gained as a Head Housekeeper in a large property.
• Experience of dealing with budgets, including analysing profit and loss.
• Desirable to have experience of Health & Safety matters.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Engage, train, lead and inspire the housekeeping team.
• Liaise with Area Manager and Regional Manager on a regular basis.
• Manage recruitment and attendance to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Ensure health & safety policies are understood and followed by all staff.
• Maintain quality standards and housekeeping practices across the site.
