The role...

Are you a hospitality enthusiast? A customer-focused host with exceptional multi-tasking abilities? Do you thrive on developing a happy, motivated team? Reporting to the Assistant General Manager and partnering with another Head Host, you will support the management of a Locke aparthotel.

You should have a strong understanding of maintaining and enhancing the Locke brand, excellent people management skills, and a natural talent for delivering service that delights guests and encourages repeat visits.

  1. Create memorable experiences that encourage guests to return
  2. Stay informed about local events and inspire guests with new ideas
  3. Respond to guest reviews in a caring and professional manner
  4. Handle complaints proactively with a positive attitude
  5. Resolve payment queries and system errors efficiently
  6. Supervise and coach the Day House Host team, empowering them to excel
  7. Participate in on-call duties as required
  8. Delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth operations
  9. Identify opportunities to increase revenue and occupancy
  10. Assist in organizing and delivering events that promote the Locke brand
  11. Recognize and promote upselling opportunities within your team
