We are seeking an exceptionalRestaurant Head Host for LAVO London to work within our talented Restaurant team in delivering unparalleled guest experiences.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome and seat guests with warmth and professionalism
• Manage reservations and guest flow using SevenRooms and OpenTable
• Oversee host team performance and ensure smooth service
• Coordinate with kitchen and floor teams for efficient table management
• Handle guest feedback and special requests
• Support the Reception Manager and lead the team in their absence

• Experience in a similar role within a busy, premium restaurant
• A passion for delivering luxury guest service
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of SevenRooms and OpenTable
