Bupa Dental Care – London Bank is seeking a proactive Lead Dental Receptionist to oversee the busy reception team in a large multi-disciplinary practice at 77 Cornhill, London. You will be the first point of contact for patients, guiding bookings, payments, and patient journeys with a welcoming, professional approach.

You will lead the reception team, optimise diary management, and liaise with clinicians and management to ensure a smooth patient experience across NHS and private services.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a reception or front-of-house team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage bookings and patient records efficiently.

Responsabilités

• Oversee reception operations and staff rotas.
• Warmly greet patients in person and over the phone.
• Manage diary and appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
• Support patients with explanations of processes and treatment options (NHS vs private).
• Maintain accurate patient records and handle confidential information.
• Provide team support to ensure smooth handovers and patient journeys.
