Bupa Dental Care is seeking a Receptionist in Leeds to be the friendly face for patients as they arrive, handling bookings, payments, and NHS or private options. You’ll support clinicians and keep the front desk organised with a positive patient journey.

This role focuses on delivering excellent service, managing diaries, and upselling plan options while maintaining accurate records in a busy dental practice.

Formación

• Previous experience in a customer-focused role.
• Strong communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
• Confidence using IT systems to manage bookings and records.
• Proactive, flexible approach to support the team.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients warmly in person and on the phone and manage queries.
• Manage diaries and appointments to keep the practice running smoothly.
• Explain processes and treatment options and support payments (private vs NHS).
• Maintain accurate patient records and handle confidential information.
