Senior Sous Chef | Glasgow Central Area | Full Time

The role |

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspiring leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to excel, while driving restaurant performance and delivering exceptional results.

If you |

  • Focus on creating a caring and inclusive environment, nurturing talent and fostering a coaching culture.
  • Are committed to providing excellent guest experiences, ensuring dishes meet high standards.
  • Maintain high standards in food safety, health, and safety, and understand financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Build a coaching culture, working with your head chef on recruitment and development.
  • Are a proactive problem solver, able to make quick decisions.

  • Experience in maintaining high standards in food safety and health standards.
