An established industry player is seeking a passionate Head Chef to lead a vibrant kitchen team. We re looking for a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our staff dining kitchen, delivering high-quality meals to a vibrant workplace community.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who enjoys a structured schedule with no evening or weekend shifts, while still having opportunities for paid overtime during special events.

What You ll Be Doing:

  • Leading the kitchen operation day-to-day
  • Creating and executing nutritious, appealing breakfast and lunch menus
  • Working closely with a small, dedicated team
  • Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
  • Managing stock, ordering, and ensuring minimal food waste

What We re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up
  • Ability to lead and motivate a small team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A passion for creating great food with a focus on quality and efficiency
  • Knowledge of food safety and kitchen health regulations
