This is an exciting opportunity to join our new opening and become part of one of the most successful restaurant groups in the UK.

About Lounges

Lounges are special places, made so by the brilliant people who run them. As a Supervisor, you'll support the management team to maintain this brilliance, leading 14 great shifts with your team to ensure every customer leaves happy. Your supervision makes all the difference!

It’s all about the bustle. You will lead from the front, setting a high pace for your team to deliver excellent service on time, every time. Attention to detail, striving for excellence, and making your Lounge the go-to place for the local community are your missions. This role is demanding but rewarding for those who are up to the challenge.

What You'll Bring

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or a front-of-house team member ready to step into management, with a background in restaurants, bars, cafes, or coffee shops
• Experience working in a bar environment with serving freshly made food and drinks
• A natural talent and passion for hospitality
• Extremely driven and persistent in overcoming challenges
• Strong literacy skills and excellent attention to detail for reporting on KPIs
• Good communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust
• Self-motivated, able to work at a fast pace with limited supervision, even under pressure
• Knowledge of best practices in sales building, forecasting, paperwork, recruitment, HR, and NPS
