Job summary

Aramark UK is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen at IRC Campsfield, Kidlington. You will manage menu production, cost efficiency and daily operations, working 12-hour shifts from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, with on-site meals and parking.

You must have NVQ Levels 1 & 2 in culinary skills, a Clean Enhanced DBS, and experience in a similar educational environment. This is a permanent, full-time role with a 40-hour week on a 3 on 3 off rota.

Responsibilities

• Train and lead kitchen staff to use standard food production methods and ensure quality.

• Empower team to deliver service excellence and address concerns.
• Ensure waste, menus, recipes and procurement meet standards.
