Job summary

Hall & Woodhouse’s Boathouse in Bath is looking for a hands-on Head Chef to lead a high-performing kitchen and deliver top-quality fayre to central specs. You’ll drive daily operations, maintain exceptional standards, and motivate a dedicated team in a vibrant pub setting along the river Avon.

This 5-day week role offers a package up to £50K plus tips, profit share, pension, health cover, wellbeing support, and career progression within a sustainability-minded business.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a pub/restaurant kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP.
• Ability to manage a busy service with speed and accuracy.
