Hall & Woodhouse is recruiting a General Manager to lead the Gardeners Arms, a premium pub dating back to the 17th century, in Haywards Heath. You will oversee a fabulous team, maintain high standards of food and service, and drive commercial performance.

The role offers up to £46.5K salary plus benefits and bonus, 5 days working, and a clear career pathway. You will be supported by a structured development plan and mentoring within a values-led hospitality business.

What you'll need to be:

• An experienced GM with great leadership capability within branded hospitality
• Competent in kitchen oversight and the control of food production
• Based in the local, area or planning to re-locate
• An expert in quality food and drink, with high attention to detail
• A strategic commercially minded operator with experience growing hospitality businesses
• Diligent with brand standards and processes
