Qualifications

• Proven leadership as Head Chef or Senior Sous in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Expert knowledge of kitchen finance (P&L, stock, waste) and HACCP compliance.
• Energetic coach with ability to develop people and foster performance.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality guest experiences.
