Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team across our pubs. You’ll set the standards, drive food quality, and play a key role in the pub management team to create memorable guest experiences.

As Head Chef, you’ll develop and retain a motivated kitchen team, ensure food hygiene and safety, and deliver fast, high-quality meals. You’ll communicate clearly with the kitchen and wider pub team, taking pride in every dish your team produces.

Qualifications

• Experience as Head Chef or Kitchen Manager, or readiness to step up from Sous/Second Chef.
• Proven ability to lead a kitchen team to deliver high-quality food.
• Strong focus on food hygiene and safety standards.

• Ensure all food and hygiene standards are consistently met
• Have a positive attitude and the ability to create a buzz in your kitchen
