Marston’s is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team across one of our pubs. You’ll set high standards, drive food quality and hygiene, and play a key part in the pub management team to create memorable guest experiences.

You’ll nurture, grow and retain a motivated kitchen team, have a background in Kitchen Manager/Head Chef roles or be ready to step up from Sous/Second Chef, and benefit from a flexible hours contract, career progression and extensive staff perks.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Kitchen Manager/ Head Chef role or readiness to step up from Sous/Second Chef.
• Must ensure all food and hygiene standards are consistently met.
• Ability to lead a kitchen team and collaborate with pub management.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen team to ensure food quality and service targets are met.
• Maintain high hygiene and safety standards across the kitchen.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and pub teams to coordinate workflows.
