Job summary

Marston's PLC is seeking a Head Chef to lead a busy kitchen in one of our pubs. You will raise the bar, set standards, and develop a motivated kitchen team while delivering memorable guest experiences across the pub.

You will also drive food quality and hygiene, and work with the wider team to ensure smooth service. As Head Chef you should have experience as a Kitchen Manager/Head Chef or be ready to step up from Sous/Second Chef, with a passion for food and a drive to grow your team.

Qualifications

• Experience as Head Chef or Kitchen Manager or ready to step up from Sous/Second Chef.
• Proven ability to raise kitchen standards and maintain consistency.
• Passion for delivering memorable guest experiences with a motivated team.
