Job summary

Marston's PLC is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team across one of our pubs. You'll set standards, raise the bar, and play a key part in pub management, delivering memorable experiences that keep guests coming back.

You'll have experience in a similar Kitchen Manager/Head Chef role or be ready to step up from a Sous/Second Chef position. You will grow and retain a motivated kitchen team, maintain food and hygiene standards, and drive speed and quality of service.
