Marston’s PLC is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen across one of our pubs. You will drive standards, motivate a full kitchen team, and contribute to memorable guest experiences that keep customers returning.

The role sits within a supportive pub management structure and offers clear career pathways across the Marston’s estate. You’ll need prior experience as a Head Chef or be ready to step up from a Sous/Second Chef role, with a focus on food hygiene, quality and service speed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Kitchen Manager/ Head Chef role or readiness to step up from Sous/Second Chef position.
• Commitment to food quality and hygiene standards.

• Ensure all food and hygiene standards are consistently met
• Have a positive attitude and the ability to create a buzz in your kitchen
• Achieve the highest standards, ensuring the business is safe and that food quality and speed of service targets are met
• Maintain clear communication with your kitchen and wider pub team
