Marston's PLC is seeking a Head Chef to lead a kitchen team across our pubs in the UK. You will raise the bar, set high standards for food quality and hygiene, and create memorable guest experiences while growing and retaining a motivated team in one of our pubs nationwide.

You’ll have a background as a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager and be ready to step up from a Sous/Second Chef role. Excellent career pathways and a supportive, award-winning local pub company await.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team or head chef role.
• Strong focus on food quality and HP/HACCP standards.
• Ability to maintain high hygiene and safety standards.
• Proven ability to train and develop junior staff.
• Customer service oriented with focus on guest experience.
