Job summary

Marston’s PLC in the United Kingdom is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team across our pubs. You’ll be responsible for raising the bar, setting standards, and playing a key part in the pub management team to create memorable guest experiences.

You’ll grow, develop and retain a motivated kitchen team, with opportunities to progress within our pub network. The role suits a Chef ready to step up from Sous/Second Chef or with prior Head Chef experience, and you’ll maintain food quality,

Qualifications

• Experience as Kitchen Manager or Head Chef in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to lead a team and manage shift patterns.
• Proven track record of maintaining high food hygiene standards.

• Ensure all food and hygiene standards are consistently met
• Have a positive attitude and the ability to create a buzz in your kitchen
• Achieve the highest standards, ensuring the business is safe and that food quality and speed of service targets are met
