Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at one of our pubs. You’ll be responsible for raising the bar and setting standards, and will play a key part in the pub management team to create memorable experiences that keep guests coming back for more.

You’ll have experience as a Kitchen Manager/Head Chef or be ready to step up from a Sous/Second Chef position, with a passion for food and a drive to develop and retain a motivated kitchen team to deliver great meals quickly.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Kitchen Manager/ Head Chef role or readiness to step up from Sous/Second Chef position.
• Ability to lead and develop a motivated kitchen team and maintain high standards.

• Ensure all food and hygiene standards are consistently met.
• Create a buzz in the kitchen with a positive attitude.
• Achieve high standards, ensuring safety, quality and speed targets.
• Maintain clear communication with the kitchen and pub team.
