Marston’s Plc is seeking a Head Chef to lead and inspire the kitchen team across our pubs. You’ll drive high standards, ensure safety, and elevate food quality while keeping service fast and engaging guests with memorable experiences.

We’re looking for someone ready to step up from a Sous/Second Chef role or with proven Head Chef experience, who can grow with our career pathways and contribute to our award-winning local pub business.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Kitchen Manager or Head Chef role.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a kitchen team.
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.

• Ensure all food and hygiene standards are consistently met
• Have a positive attitude and the ability to create a buzz in your kitchen
• Achieve the highest standards, ensuring the business is safe and that food quality and speed of service targets are met
