You will manage stock, budgets, and orders while upholding strict food safety standards, including HACCP, and supporting a positive dining environment. The role emphasises leadership, organisation, and delivering excellent service daily, with safeguarding responsibilities and collaboration with central teams to maintain

Qualifications

• Essential catering qualifications: S/NVQ2 or equivalent in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery.
• Food hygiene certificate at Level 3 or higher.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire kitchen team to prepare high-quality, nutritious meals.
• Manage stock, budgets and supplier orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP) and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with central teams to maintain nutritional excellence in meals.
