Zizzi Ristorante in the United Kingdom is seeking a dynamic Head Chef to lead our open kitchen and partner with the General Manager to own food quality and financial results.

You will drive a high-energy kitchen culture, recruit and develop a top-performing team, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards while delivering exceptional Italian cuisine through both dine-in and delivery channels.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience running a kitchen team at Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef level.
• Experience managing costs, stock control and labour budgets.
• Experience in high-volume, multi-channel kitchen operations.
• Ability to lead during busy periods including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong focus on safety, cleanliness, and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality every plate, every service.
• Flawlessly manage high-volume delivery channels alongside dine-in dining.
• Recruit, train and develop the team; share knowledge to grow chefs.
• Act as a role model for safety, cleanliness, and food safety compliance.
• Own kitchen performance, control food costs, labour, and service metrics.
