Zizzi Restaurants is seeking an Assistant Head Chef in the United Kingdom. You will partner with the Head Chef to lead shifts, run the pass, and inspire a fast-paced team across both dine-in and delivery channels.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef in a high-volume kitchen.
• Ability to lead shifts and manage kitchen operations.
• Maintain high food quality and consistency across dine-in and delivery channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen and run the pass in the Head Chef's absence, ensuring flawless service.
• Deliver exceptional food quality and consistency across dine-in and delivery orders.
• Support management by hitting kitchen performance metrics including stock, labour, prep, and costs.
• Coach and develop junior chefs to build confidence, talent and team spirit.
• Model safety and ensure kitchen cleanliness and food safety are always top notch.
