You'll manage multi-channel operations, deliver Italian cuisine with energy and consistency, and develop your team while upholding safety and high standards during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience running a high-volume kitchen.
• Experience with multi-channel delivery and dine-in services.
• Strong food-cost, stock, and labour management.
• Ability to lead from the front during peak times.
• Passion for Italian cuisine and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen team to deliver exceptional quality, every plate, every service.
• Manage high-volume dine-in and delivery channels efficiently.
• Recruit, train, and develop chefs and assistants.
• Uphold safety, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Collaborate with GM to optimise costs and performance.
• Maintain consistency and cleanliness across kitchen operations.
