We are delighted to be working with a highly regarded restaurant as they continue to elevate its newly refurbished dining space. They are now seeking an experienced and driven Head Chef to lead the kitchen and take the restaurant to the next level.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Head Chef to take full ownership of the kitchen, develop a talented brigade, and deliver exceptional dining experiences in a beautifully restored setting.

Responsibilities as the Head Chef…
  • Leading and developing the kitchen team, setting clear standards and expectations
  • Creating and delivering seasonal, high-quality menus
  • Managing all kitchen operations, including rotas, ordering, GP control, and stock management
  • Ensuring consistently high food quality, presentation, and service
  • Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety
  • Training, mentoring, and inspiring the brigade to reach its full potential
