The Oystercatcher, a pub within St Austell Brewery, is seeking a Weekend Breakfast Chef to join a friendly kitchen team on Saturdays and Sundays in Polzeath, Cornwall.

You'll work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment, ensuring breakfast dishes meet the highest standards while supporting the team with organisation and a passion for great food.

Job description

The Oystercatcher is a contemporary bar and restaurant with comfy accommodation that enjoys an enviable outlook over Polzeath Beach and out to sea, from both inside and across its spectacular al fresco space.

You’ll be working at a scenic pub that’s popular among families, couples, and surfers seeking a delicious bite to eat following a session on the waves or a day out exploring Cornwall’s dramatic north coast.

Are you an early bird? We're looking for a Weekend Breakfast Chef to join our fantastic team.

Are you an ambitious Chef with experience of working in a fast-paced environment? Join our talented kitchen team and you’ll be working alongside passionate people to provide quality food that delights our guests.

As a Chef you will work as a team ensuring the correct procedures are followed and specifications for each dish are precisely met.
