Job summary

Prezzo Italian is seeking a Lead Chef to head the kitchen, driving performance with energy and passion. You’ll lead by example, manage stock, control costs, and mentor your team, ensuring every dish meets our standards and showcases 'Hospitality Magic'.

Work closely with the GM to deliver consistent, high-quality plates, guest-focused service, and a thriving, fun, high-performing kitchen culture.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership as Head Chef or Senior Sous in fast-paced kitchens.
• Expert knowledge of kitchen finance (P&L, stock, waste) and HACCP.
• Energetic coach who develops people and promotes a positive culture.
• Guest-focused approach to ensure memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities
