Job summary

Prezzo Italian in Norwich is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen and drive a high-energy, guest-focused service. You’ll oversee daily operations, manage stock and costs, and mentor a passionate team to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes.

You’ll work closely with the GM to ensure every plate represents the brand’s hospitality standard and delicious standards, while driving a positive culture and strong financial results.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Expert knowledge of kitchen finance (P&L, stock, waste) and HACCP compliance.
• Energetic coach who develops people and fosters a positive, high-performing culture.
• Guest-focused with a commitment to quality and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and oversee daily kitchen operations with precision, managing stock and controlling costs while mentoring the team.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure every plate leaves the kitchen with pride, consistency, and the hospitality magic.
