Job summary

Prezzo Norwich is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen at our Norwich location. You will drive daily operations, oversee stock and costs, and mentor a passionate team to deliver high-quality Italian dining with exceptional hospitality.

You will partner with the General Manager to ensure consistency, cost control, and food standards, bringing your energy and expertise to create a memorable dining experience.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen finance (P&L, stock, waste) and HACCP safety standards.
• Energetic, proactive coach who loves developing people.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations and manage stock, costs, and compliance.
• Mentor and develop the kitchen team; partner with the GM to ensure consistency and quality.
• Deliver memorable guest experiences through outstanding hospitality and food quality.
