JW Lees is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team across our pubs and inns in the North West and North Wales. You will set and maintain the highest kitchen standards, craft and curate menus, and drive exceptional dish quality from kitchen to pass.

Strong stock control, mentoring, and 5-star service will be your daily focus. You will be a passionate culinary professional with a proven track record as a Head Chef or similar role, delivering delicious dishes on time, while supporting
