JW Lees is seeking a Sous Chef to join the talented kitchen team. You will lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence and assist with menu development, stock management, and safety compliance. You’ll guide junior staff and strive to maintain 5* Scores on the doors while motivating the team to present fresh, high-quality dishes.

Qualificações

• Proven leadership in a kitchen environment.
• Experience developing menus and working with fresh produce.
• Able to manage stock and maintain kitchen safety standards.
• Experience guiding and training junior kitchen staff.
• Maintain high standards and attention to detail.
