Job summary

JW Lees is seeking a Sous Chef to lead the kitchen team in the Head Chef’s absence, contribute to menu development and stock management, and ensure a safe, compliant kitchen.

You will guide junior kitchen staff, maintain high standards, and work with the team to deliver fresh, quality food while supporting the company’s development programmes and career progression.
