JW Lees’ The Bellflower in the North West is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen, deliver top-quality dishes to specification and inspire the team. You will drive high standards, contribute to menu development and manage daily operations with passion and precision.

You’ll supervise stock control, mentor staff and push for exceptional guest experiences, while promoting a positive, collaborative kitchen culture and growth opportunities.
