JW Lees is seeking a Sous Chef to join the kitchen team in Lancaster. You’ll lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence and help shape menus while ensuring stock control and a safe, compliant kitchen.

You’ll guide junior staff, maintain high standards to achieve top scores, motivate the team to deliver fresh, quality dishes, and play a key role in training and development across the team.
