Job summary

JW Lees is seeking a Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. You will lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence and work with the team to maintain high standards and 5* Scores on the doors.

In this role you’ll help develop menus, manage stock, mentor junior staff, and ensure fresh, quality food is delivered consistently. Join us for development opportunities and a supportive, well-equipped kitchen environment.

• Continuously motivate the team to make sure that fresh quality food is presented each time
• The Sous Chef plays an integral role in training and development junior team member
