Job summary

Brindisa Tapas is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in a high-end casual dining setting, crafting classic and elegant tapas with the best Spanish ingredients under the guidance of our Group Head Chef.

You will manage day-to-day kitchen operations, develop the team, and elevate our dining experience, maintaining Brindisa’s homely, authentic philosophy and a strong supplier relationships ethos.

Qualifications

• A few years of experience as Senior Sous or Head Chef in a high-end casual or fine dining restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Manage all kitchen operations and lead the team.
• Develop tapas dishes under the guidance of the Group Head Chef.
