Job summary

St Austell Brewery in West Cornwall is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at a beautiful destination. You’ll drive a quality food offering, work with locally sourced produce, and manage both front and back of house with passion.

You’ll oversee budgeting, seasonal menus, and staff development, ensuring consistent, exceptional guest experiences across our pubs and venues.
