St Austell Brewery is recruiting a versatile Sous Chef for The Globe in Topsham, near Exeter. Join our busy kitchen and support the Head Chef with high-quality dishes and precise specifications.

You will lead with organisation, adaptability and a passion for great food, using locally sourced produce. We offer training, career development and a range of staff benefits.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef in leading the kitchen team and ensuring all procedures and dish specifications are met.
• Utilise menu-writing flexibility to adapt offerings to business needs and guest preferences.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and safe kitchen environment, especially during peak times.
• Help keep the kitchen running efficiently even at busiest periods.

Are you aversatileSous Chef with experience of working in a fast-paced environment? Join our talented kitchen team and you’ll be working alongside passionate people, with locally sourced produce, to provide high quality food that delights our guests. As Sous Chef, you will support your Head Chef in leading our talented kitchen team while ensuring the correct procedures are followed and specifications for each dish are precisely met. You will utilise the flexibility enabled by our menu writing processes, to help adapt our offer to meet the needs of our business and our guests.
