St Austell Brewery in West Cornwall is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team, delivering a quality food offering that delights our guests. You’ll oversee front and back of house with a hands-on, organised approach.

• Understand budgets and sales targets, and play a vital part in helping to achieve them.
