Job summary

St Austell Brewery is seeking a Head Chef for one of West Cornwall's premier venues. You will lead the kitchen team, ensuring quality, consistency and exceptional guest experiences through locally sourced produce.

• Proven experience as Head Chef or Senior Chef in a busy kitchen.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills with the ability to inspire a team.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene standards.
• Experience managing budgets, costs and menu engineering.
