Job summary

The Access Group in Wolverhampton is seeking an on-site IT Support Technician to configure, build and deploy hardware, troubleshoot issues, and manage workshop operations.

You will work closely with the service desk, third-party suppliers, and customers to ensure timely, accurate service. Keep stock up to date and contribute to continuous improvements in support quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience handling hardware from vendors such as HP, Dell or Lenovo.
• Familiar with stock control and equipment tracking.
• Strong customer service and teamwork in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure, build and deploy customer hardware including laptops/desktops/routers.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues with service desk and suppliers.
• Manage workshop operations: goods received, stock, repairs, disposal and inventory in ConnectWise.
• Support managed device services and contribute to device builds and remote management.
