Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Southern is seeking a Handyperson / Multi-Trader for a temporary on-site role in Basingstoke. You will work under supervision, handling metal track and metal stud installations with a concrete board finish, and possibly dry lining and carpentry.

The ideal candidate has a valid CSCS card, owns hand and power tools, and 2+ years in general building, plus strong written and verbal communication for daily snag reports.

Qualifications

• You MUST have a current and valid CSCS card.
• A minimum of 2 years+ experience within the General Building space.
• Own a selection of hand tools and power tools.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Working under the supervision and management of the Project Manager, Site Manager.
• Receiving job lists including but not limited to installing metal track, metal stud with a concrete board finish.
• Potentially Dry lining the plasterboard as well as carpentry items
• Checking drawings and setting out works to be completed.
• Handing back snag sheets each day to show works completed.

Salary: GBP20 - GBP21 per hour
