Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Winchester is seeking a Handyperson/Multi-Trader to join a reputable construction project. You will work under the Project Manager and Site Manager, receive job lists, install metal track and metal stud with a concrete board finish, and potentially dry lining and carpentry tasks.

Candidates must hold a current CSCS card, own hand and power tools, and demonstrate good written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• CSCS card required.
• Minimum of 2 years in General Building.
• Own a selection of hand and power tools.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work under the supervision of the Project Manager and Site Manager.
• Receive job lists including installing metal track and metal stud with a concrete board finish.
• Potentially dry lining the plasterboard and Carpentry tasks.
• Check drawings and set out works to be completed.
• Hand back snag sheets daily to show works completed.

The role:

• Working under the supervision and management of the Project Manager, Site Manager.
• Receiving job lists including but not limited to installing metal track, metal stud with a concrete board finish.
• Potentially Dry lining the plasterboard as well as carpentry items
• Checking drawings and setting out works to be completed.
• Handing back snag sheets each day to show works completed.

About you:

• You will need a current and valid CSCS card.
• Own a selection of hand tools and power tools.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

To be successful in your application for this role you will have and be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
